Skills for the Digital Built Environment

Our Skills for the Digital Built Environment course series, starting in September 2024, will provide you with the competencies you need to complete this accreditation while earning University credit as you progress.

Led by Sarah Davidson, Professor of Information Management at the University of Nottingham, you will explore real-world examples of successful building information management and modelling activities, and gain a deep understanding of the key principles and best practices for implementing these in your own organisation. We will help you develop and evidence your competence in the foundations of information management and modelling within your organisation to drive long-term success.

  • Learn with experienced digital construction experts and professionals
  • Engage in approximately 7 hours a week of activity including directed, independent and interactive learning, as well as time to complete course tasks over a period of 12 weeks
  • On course completion you will be awarded with 10 credits
  • Upskill yourself and/or your workforce
  • Gain credit at Masters level
